5 ways to get fit

Hope you are doing well , it is been a while since my last blog but I am back full of news ideas & ready to rock this year!  So to start with – New Years – New body right ? How your diet is going so far? Not well huh ? Well I am pretty sure most of you are dealing with it right now . The struggle is REAL! Have you not started yet? Lack of motivation & knowledge ? Have no idea how & where to start? Not to worry! I ‘ve been there , the beginning is always hard but after you will enjoy results, so it is worth it to work hard to get what you want!

To be fit does not mean  to be size 2 0r 4 or be extremely slim & do not eat nothing ! It means to be eat  healthy , live healthy lifestyle & have toned body!

5 WAYS TO GET FIT

1.SELF CONFIDENCE

If you want to reach any of your goals, you need to believe in yourself , think about it , want it ! That’s all you need ! Be positive , think positive, have only positive people around you, you don’t need negative energy no no no ! Besides this, you need to love yourself – you are beautiful, no matter what ! Self confidence is truly powerful thing, it takes time but step by step and you will become a better & stronger you ! Work with yourself, set the goals, accomplish them & enjoy your victory  , encourage others !

2.NUTRITION

Well, this is one of the hardest parts to start  but the most powerful. As your nutrition could change your life completely . Once your nutrition is balanced you will notice changes in your body & your mind ! You will feel  much better, your sleep quality will be improved , you will be stronger physically & emotionally ,  it might sounds unreal but you would be surprised what food does to your body !  More about nutrition in my next blog!

3.EXERCISES

For some of you this might sound as ”hell no” , but if you want to have a well toned body you need to say YES! You don’t have to start with the heavy weights or exhausting workouts ! If you want to loose weight , at first I would say do cardio such as running or swimming , after you can combine it with bit of exercises , once you feel confident & you think you can do more , start with the weights  but be careful don’t exceed your limits. You can either do exercises  at home or gym up to you. Do it at least 3 times a week, to get the best results up to 5 days a week!

4. MOTIVATION

Nowadays on social media you can find many ways how to motivate yourself , right ? You just need to type ‘fit girls’ on Instagram and here you go gorgeous fit bodies! Well , they will inspire you but just for a while, hopefully for a day, what you going to do after, run back to Instagram and scroll those pictures again ? girl no way ! You need to ask yourself: Do I want to loose weight ? Do I want to be fit ? Do I want to be inspiration for others? If your answer is YES, then do it ! Become better you , never forget why have you started it ! Take a pictures of your changes, track your changes, be proud of yourself ! Be your own motivation!

5. NEVER GIVE UP

Once you   start it never stop it doing it! It’s going to be hard but worth it ! It will change your life to a better one , you will not regret it !

    Ahh, fitness is one of those things that I REALLY need to get better at. I feel like I’m decent at nutrition and eating healthy, but the actual act of exercising is so hard for me. I’m 30 now, so I really should get my shit together and start…gonna use this as motivation!
