Hello Gorgeous !
Every Sunday I treat myself with pancakes! Yes I am a pancake lover since early childhood, I remember those cosy mornings when my grandma used to cook for me , finest pancakes ever, with an old school heart-shaped pancake pan ! Also she has a secret recipe for them and it is divine!
However, I will share a divine recipe with you today , it is pretty easy to cook, healthy and soo yummy !
60g. Organic Oats
1 whole egg
1 egg white
10g. grated coconut
30g. protein (I used chocolate flavour)
1.The easiest way to make them is to put all ingredients into a blender & blend them , until you have a smooth batter.
2.Heat a large frying pan (I use Tefal non-stick fry pan) or my favourite Heart-shaped pancake pan , spray with coconut oil , and pour the batter to the pan .
3.Make sure you cook them well, it is really easy to burn them ! When you notice little bubbles , do not forget to flip pancake , they should be golden colour unless you used chocolate protein as I did, they will be rich brown colour 🙂
4.Pancakes are done – the last step is topping! Here you can use your imagination . I normally put one spoon of Organic peanut butter and loads of berries (not to much), or I use 0 calories Syrup.
GRAB A CUP OF TEA & ENJOY !:)
