Gluten free|Vegan | Healthy bread

I am over the moon !  It is delicious & healthy ! And so easy to make ! Gluten free – no flour needed at all ! Also it is vegan. You just need favourite seeds and few additional products !

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 CUP ALMOND FLAKES

  • 1 CUP SUNFLOWER SEEDS

  • 1/3 CUP BUCKWHEAT SEEDS

  • 2 & 1/4 CUP  OATS

  • 1/3 CUP PSYLLIUM HUSKS

  • 1/4 CUP CHIA SEEDS

  • 1TBS SALT

  • 2 TBSP ORGANIC HONEY

  • 1/4  CUP COCONUT OIL

  • 2 CUPS OF WATER

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • To start with you need place sunflower seeds , buckwheats & almonds to metal tray and roast then for 10 mins in oven.

  • In meantime mix oats,psyllium husks,chia seeds & salt.

  • Warm up honey & coconut oil until it is melted .

  • Mix roasted seeds with the rest products & pour melted mixture on top , add 2 cups of water.

  • Stir everything well, if the batter is not sticky enough add more water , it should not be dry or watery .

  • Pour the batter into the  bread mould or any you have (I used a cake one) , cover with the kitchen towel & leave it for at least 2 hrs .

  • Heat the oven up to 190 degrees & bake it up to an hour , until bread becomes golden colour .

  • Let it cool down , slice it & enjoy !!!

It is so perfect for breakfast with avocado & egg !! Delicious!!!
