I hope you all doing well! To be healthy you need to eat healthy, one of the most important part is breakfast.Some of you like to skip it or eat it on the way to work- on train, bus, ect. It is wrong , you need to take your time, enjoy it , it is your fuel for the day , so make sure you get enough nutrients! Do not be scared of the carbohydrates , you need them for the energy – obviously not too much! Later on I will talk about calories & nutrients, be patient ! But today I am going to share one of my breakfast ideas, I hope you will try it & you will love it !!
So first of all you have to bake a bread ! Yes you heard it right ! I do not like a regular bread, I prefer my own(gluten-free)- homemade , fresh ,made with organic products only ! The recipe you can find in here.
Once your bread is done , we can move on to toppings ! So at this stage you can use your imagination just not to far please! Remember that you already have a healthy bread so toppings should be the same – healthy ! So some of my favourites:
Crushed avocado & poached egg on top
Sliced smoked salmon & slice lemon on top
Soft boiled egg & pinch of pepper
Lettuce & tomato
Cottage cheese , cucumber & tomato
