how to love your body |self confidence| social media|

Nowadays social media is full of photoshopped models and celebrities , but what is behind them ? Unhappy and insecure women ? Perhaps they live two different lives on social media and outside ? Why women feel so insecure posting unfiltered pictures of themselves?

I have never ever photoshopped my picture,by that I mean used a slimming tool or opposite.I do use filters until now, but only to brighten picture or add some shadows. It’s crazy what social media become! You can’t even tell is this real or not..Smooth skin,no cellulite or stretch marks ,enlarged some parts of the body, etc..

It’s just an illusion although it’s so wrong, every single of us ,women are unique and beautiful with all the  imperfections! No matter what size  you are , or what’s your weight, skin or hair colour, we are the best creation on this earth right ? So don’t forget this!  Don’t be afraid to share your natural beauty, don’t think that people will say, you shouldn’t be concerned about them at all , it’s your life, your body and your decisions , you can wear whatever you want, you can do whatever you want -feel free, enjoy your life!!

Stop comparing yourself to others. Rather than say I want to be like her,say ”I want to be the best version of myself ”! Be healthier, happier , find your passion , follow your dreams and never give up , life is short so use it as much as you can!

If you have any questions for me , don’t hesitate email me !

With love,

This is so true! Comparing yourself to others does no good for you 🙂

This is so positive! I love it! Being the best versions of ourselves is all we can ever really do; comparing ourselves to other people, especially when they’ve been edited, just set unrealistic standards for ourselves. I really wish photoshop wasn’t used so often in advertising, especially. I feel like that’s probably the root cause of all of this.

I have learned to love myself and my body and I am well aware that the media is trying to sell something with all those stunning girls, so I think I do not have a problem in that department 🙂

Unfortunately, young people are glued to social media and are surrounded by this fake, perfect image, so there’s a lot of self-negativity out in this world. It’s important to keep reiterating this message to encourage others to stop comparing themselves to others!

I read a quote not long ago that said “comparison is the thief of joy” and I think it’s so true and that self love and acceptance is one of the most important things ever.

Nobody should compare theirselves to others because everyone is unique! That’s the beauty of being different
