Drinking water is essential to your health.Whether you want younger skin,shinier hair or healthier body or all of them! Pure water is the best & cheapest beauty elixir 🙂 Also water is essential for the proper circulation of nutrients in the body , helps fight infections , helps focus and concentrate better .

 

  • Find out how many litres a day you have to drink:

Your body weight (kg)+0.03*(30ml)=x litres a day

*Recommended quantity a day.

 

  • How drinking water affects your skin :

Drinking water can improve your skin quite dramatically , if you drink at least 8 glasses of pure water it helps your skin and body get rid of the toxins , also it prevents your skin from ageing.

  • How drinking water helps weight loss :

Drinking water reduce your appetite ,helps you burn more calories and increases weight loss.

GOLDEN RULE!!!

Every morning,right after you wake up or at least   3o mins before breakfast have a glass of water with slice of lemon. Water fires up your metabolism ,hydrates you , helps your body flush out toxins!

    I try to drink 2L a day, sometimes don’t manage it. You can really tell the difference when you don’t though.

    I don’t drink nearly enough water – this is a fact. I know I should but it feels like such a chore. I don’t even know why.

    For some reason, I still struggle with drinking enough water. I was raised on soda, and that’s a hard habit to break! I almost always have to add flavor to my water, but maybe I’ll try a fresh slice of lemon. Thanks!

    I live off a to-do list, and I legitimately have to check off 8 glasses of water each day if I want to complete my tasks. I don’t get enough sleep, ever, so I go straight to my water when I wake up. I can’t make myself use lemon slices though – the texture just weirds me out!

    Lovely reminder with some gorgeous photos. I’m working to remember drink more water. It’s easy when I’m at home or gym but hard when I’m busy at work or on the go all day long.
